HURRAY!
So, Monday night I had I sleepover. I invited my friends Madi (that's her blog), Gabby, Claire, and Ryann. Although Ryann couldn't sleepover because she had bandcamp the next day. BANDCAMP! We got a crack out of that one...
We pretty much just sat and talked really. We attempted to watch the movie Rent, but the TV was f**king up so we gave up and turned it off. Later on we collaged from my old magazines. We stuffed our faces with pizza, Nutella (AKA: a piece of chocolatey heaven) , chips and salsa, and my homemade vegan brownies.
We changed into our jammies and got into our blankets. We talked some more, and somewhere in between that Ryann had to leave. Claire fell asleep, so I told Madi and Gabby an erotic, rather paedophiliic story. Twenty minutes later, Claire woke up, and apparently she had a dream we were all telling stories, which is funny because we actually were telling stories. Maybe next time she should dream we won a million dollars...or was given all the Nutella in the world.
Prior to Claire's dream, Madi and Gabby fell asleep, so it was just me and Claire. At the time it was maybe around 5 AM. We talked for a solid five hours, or until 10 AM. We talked about pretty much everything and anything...mind grapes, our teen angst, her recent break up with her ex-bf, feminism, blah blah blah. At 10:30, Claire departed for home, and Madi and Gabby finally woke up. At that point, I was so tired I felt like I was going to pass out right then and there. We cleaned the basement, (in which we'd littered with magazine cut-outs, make-up, food, movies, and other girl junk), and afterwards, watched the movie Bridesmaids. Gabby and Madi kept me from falling asleep by constantly whacking me with a teddy bear and spraying me with water. Ugh.
Gabby and Madi eventually left at around 1 PM, I went to my room and slept peacefully until eight o'clock, where I was forced to wake up and break my fast with yummy dates and milk.
I wish I could scan all my collages and share it with my blog, but unfortunately, I don't own a printer or a scanner (which I desperately need) , so we'll have to wait until I convince my dad to get me one.
